Loretta Ho Sherblom, President
Before founding LHS Benefits, Loretta was an Associate Group Manager in the Boston Office at Prudential, then Director of the Benefits Department at Bayly, Martin, and Fay. Loretta has the CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) designation. She is a graduate from Yale with a B.S. in Administrative Sciences.
Mark Anderson, Vice President
Mark joined LHS Benefits in 1998, and has the GBA (Group Benefits Advisor) designation. Mark is a graduate from Marlboro College (Marlboro, VT) with a B.A. in Classics/Roman History, and received his MBA from Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University in 2010.
Siham Elazri, Vice President, Client Relations
Siham joined LHS Benefits in 2018 as part of the Employee Enrollment and Client Communication effort. She is a graduate of Pace University with a B.S. in Applied Psychology and Human Relations.
Ilham Elazri, Benefits Specialist
Ilham joined LHS Benefits in 2022 as part of the Employee Enrollment and Client Communication effort. She is a graduate of UMass Boston with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education.
Jingqi Yang, Benefits Analyst
Jingqi joined LHS Benefits in 2022 as a Benefits Analyst and Developer, and has prior experience in software engineering. He is a graduate of Tufts University with a B.S. in Computer Science.
